Great starting point for anyone new to the field.

This is a bit of “content marketing” by the authors, i.e., they hope that ultimately you will hire them as consultants but there is plenty of quality information here that should be of use to anyone exploring the field for the first time. I’m coming from a PR background and wanted to get up to speed regarding digital marketing basics and this has helped me do exactly that. At a minimum, I can now talk the talk, I understand the “big picture” and could speak with an internal marketing team or external consultant without wasting our time or making a fool of myself. Certainly this will not be the last book I read on the subject but it served as a great starting point.

If you plan to start your business online, this book is the best.

This is an excellent book that shows all the necessary aspects to have an online business. It is not definitive but it is a good starting point. highly recommended.
